Be very careful what you sign for!!!!

Before signing anything with this company please make sure you have been made aware of all the hidden policies that will never be explained to you, but what you will have to pay for. They are the biggest ******!! First of all os rhe duration of their contracts, get ready to pay for 2 months longer rhan your contract is long, in other words instead of paying a 36 month contract you pay for 38 months.... Well done to that math... Upon canceling our contracts with them and the cancellation fees paid, they still have the audacity to take another debit. When calling them, they constantly hand you over to the next person to explain things. According to the lady, it has been communicated that after canceling your contract and paying the cancellation fee a debit still needs to run to finalise the contract. But this was never done and when telling her this, she then makes out that you are the one who is telling lies. According to the admin lady this is part of their policy (nowhere on our copy of the contract is this stated), nor was any of these costs explained. So, just to be clear you actually pay for 39 months... Hopefully enough people will see all these reviews and do extensive research before falling into the same trap...
