bat attitude & blacklisted

Sometime last year i went to maponya mall where i was approached by a gym company consultant who was canvassing.i told him i would love to join the gym but i can start in 8 months time as i was going away for 8 months. He said its fine i can sign up for membership as their R199 special was ending that week,then whenever i am ready to start gyming i can come. To my surprise month end they debited my account with R399,then 2nd & 3rd month with R199. I returned the debit order thats when pauline called me.i told her my story that i would love to gym but i cant as i am not around & i asked her if the is a gym around mpumalanga? She was so rude & didnt even want to listen,she said its not her problem that i dont have access to the gym that i must pay my account as she will keep on debiting it or i must transfer it to someone or she will blacklist me.which to my surprise she did & without notifying me.IS IT LEGAL TO BLACKLIST SOMEONE WITHOUT NOTIFYING THEM???<br>
