Bad Treatment From The Manager

What a bad experience I got from the GYM company manager in Bree street, I went there to ask them to help me with my registration which i did online and I could not finish it since it was my first time doing it. The Indian guy was so rude to an extent where he told me that I can do whatever I want because he wont help me. All I can say is that their customer care is so bad and they don't even care about their clients. I was so disappointed since i really wanted to join this gym company.
