Bad services and still very unhappy ☹️

I signed up with Gym company Randburg in 2017 September while I was still working, and got assisted by a female who signed me up and promised me the most amazing deals ever with the gym.

We scheduled a training session for the following morning which she didn’t even pitch up for and arrived late and didn’t have the decency to apologize at all and that put me off, and each morning I’d go she wasn’t there so I wanted to cancel my contract but I couldn’t cancel cause my 5days cancellation was over and deductions were made monthly.

Few months after that I had lost my job and wanted to cancel my account at the randburg Gym company as I could not afford it anymore and whenever I went there was always excuse of the mananger not being available or this or the other and that just frustrated more, I then moved and the closer Gym company to me was in Newtown in the jhb CBD.

Few years later and I’m still trying to cancel my contract cause I can’t afford it at all but I never get any professional help or assistance from anyone from a Gym company or get told I need to go back to the randburg branch were I had opended up my account at but I can’t keep in running up and down with nothing being done and I mean I’m not working and losing money that could help me with other things till this day..

I want to cancel my account with this gym as it has just caused me stress and disappointment from the beginning and till today I can’t cancel with no stress as they just never bothered to assist or help one with anything and just want to make money out of people but not grant a good services and till today that upsets me to a point I stopped going to Gym as I never get helped in any fridendky way and that has put me off big time I just want to cancel my gym membership and not have to stress about paying for something monthly where I don’t even go too especially when I am still jobless which they just don’t seem to even care about all.

Any advice or assistance will be highly recommended so I can get this over and done with for good and never look back at applying with Gym company randburg ever again.
