bad services

I called GYM company Randburg Branch, to freeze my account for few months because of affordability, the lady i spoke to told me that i need to settle the account before, they reason i don't understand is that now they are going to keep debit my account and no finds available so this means i will be in more arrears which i cannot accept as i wanted to freeze my account. <br> <br> due to finances problem<br> <br> Kind regards.
