Bad service zero communication

I was double debited by the new town gym company I logged a complaint on the 5th of January after being debited on the 31st December 2025. I was asked to send my banking statements and I did. I called again for a follow up and I was told someone will call me back but they never did. I'm still waiting for my R399 refund till today. Sincerely the worst service I've ever experienced.
