bad service not in the contract

There is not machines at peak hours and we are told to come off peak or on weekends. My contract does not state that i should only go on weekends. Off peak I am at work.<br> The water is always cold and most of the time there is no water.<br> When you request to terminate your contract, they say the contract is binding while they don't stick to the contract.
