Bad service lazy *********** staff

Gym company Ghandi has poor service ,staff there dont take members serious,,i have been trying to talk to someone about my gym membership no one is available all the managers are no where to be found ...some supervisor called Thandi is forever not a available, i dont know if she is sn instructor or gym manager.....i regret the day i was introduced to such nonsense ye gym .
