bad service from the manager and employee

I receive a letter from the gym company at maponya saying I owe R7000 I have never gym or opened an account with them. When I arrive there Poline was very rude to me and she didn't even want to assist me she told me that the GYM mamager will call me till today he never called me that lady was so rude she deserves an award of being rude to people and for bad srevice as for the manager . I really don't know how can u be a manager and not follow up on your gym case's this happed last month which was february till today I'm still waiting for the call and I'm forever calling them and they tell me that the manager is not around.What make me said is I never open an contract with them I've never gym to that gym at Maponya please be alert of that gym from Mapoya mall they running a day light ******* and that lady Polline said I should pay that amount for what cause I've never renderd their service.<br> Pleas help me cause I don't know what to do<br> <br> Valerie mdingi<br>
