Bad service from account department

Actually that review it supposed to be 0,I have joined this gym last year and I have never regret joining this this than I do this month,useless the people handling their accounts and administration what joke,rhey don't have any idea what's going kn with my account. I have been paying the only mistake i made was to lay my account on the 27th instead of the 1st.A friendly receptionist Kagogelo always helped me with a smile but as for the Tebogo and Tshepang from account department it seems they don't even know how to so their job,let alone understand the meaning of paying I'm advanced.i have emailed her my banks statement,I'd but my account is still not sorted.paid the whole month but struggling to aces the gym because of thier incompetence.Gym rustenburg km rlhabane square I am so disappointed in them honestly l,they promise to call but they never do.i will like to cancel my membership,I will go to planet or Virginia active.i am tired of this nonsense now.
