Bad service - false info

Firstly was offered gym contract by sales agent who falsely advertised your product to me <br> When I signed for this I was advised that I will get 2months free subscription which this was in September 2014<br> In which my first debit was going in November however that was not the case I was debited in October and I reversed the debit order as I was given incorrect information I feel I'm not liable for the outstanding amount as the sales agent guy gave me false info to make their sales and commission, now I'm getting threatening letters stating that I will be listed ,I'm not will to pay this amount nor will I allow to be blacklisted. Thier consultant Pauline who assumingly tried to help says if i cancell i must pay R900.00 or R500.00 to rejoin my question is what am i paying for this people have not tried to retain me or provide with a solution instead in being told the manager will call me this is poor service indeed i need assistance<br>
