Bad service

What an unfair company end of Oct I payed for my gym fee 2months in advance and they had load shedding but we never complained about that we had to understand come end of Nov I couldn't pay because I was sick and I make cash payment I've been asking them to cancel my debit order and they never did that so since I didn't pay my debit order went through acquiring extra charges on my account that doesn't have money since I lost my job so I'm owing r591 as a result of them not canceling my account I told Maureen that I'm in hospital all she can care about is me having to do an eft for them they don't even care about my health very disappointed in gum company
