Bad service, bad attitude even from management

Horrible experience with this particular gym. I joined a month to month programme to avoid being tied down to a contract. I was initially told it's R299 and there are no additional fees. Next thing I know they've billed me twice for a gym levy which wasn't mentioned before. I didn't get a copy of my contract so obviously I didn't know this. When I phoned the manager told me she is letting me know now that there will be a gym levy that is paid annually and literally dismissed just like that. Absolutely pathetic I must say. I wouldn't suggest anyone uses this gym. Unprofessional lot!
