Bad Service at Gym Company

#WIN I'm a member at gym company Bara branch and it's closer to my home so I train there everyday,I give it one star because I'm not happy about the fact that we as members dont have an option to downgrade your membership to one club,I dont have a reason to travel anymore yet I'm forced to stick with this nationwide membership which is costly especially if I'm no longer working so it feels like the company doesn't care about us as members,it only cares about making money.The other things at the branch I'm training at is the fact that service delivery is very slow,we had no air corns for 5months or more if not mistaken and when asked the management she kept saying they on it and soon it will be working zero efforts,no generator meaning if the eskom starts load shedding the gym is closing early by 6PM it's closed instead of 9PM,showers have no hot water in most days and some point there's no water at all,tiles are cracked and windows ain't working some are broken in a man's changing room.It is not good to pay a monthly membership yet the environment is not well maintained,not to mention the fact that their consultants dont even inform you about the double payments that usually take place in November or February so it all becomes a betrayal to you coz no one informs you about it or reminds you,you just receive a call saying you owing.The company must improve its customer service and their systems as well because we end up looking like we dont wanna pay yet they are ones who lack communication with its members so please improve your services.
