Bad service and rude

Gym Company is *****ing us as their clients...their Mega city gym hasn't been opened after the looting incident and when you ask whne they will open. They tell you to go to their Toti gym of which we don't have money for transport to go there and I have not attended the gym after the looting. Yet they have been deducting my account.
