Bad service and manager

Poor service, the manager Steve from the Gym Company in Flora Centre, does not care about his client. I went there to freeze my account due to travel reasons, and he told me that he did not ask me to come to his company and he is not bothered how i make it to the gym... ***?? And they want me to pay R1800 for cancelling my membership. This is just utterly nonsense
