Bad service

I have been requesting for my account to be canceled for as long as I can remember and nothing is being done about it and I have been completing multiple forms with different agents to cancel my account, the only time i get communication is when I get a reminder to say I need to pay a certain amount am oweing, mind you the time I requested for my account to be canceled I was owing 149 which I asked that they debit it, nothing was done. Three months ago I heard another agent calling me stating that now I owe 600,i also asked again please cancel my account cause clearly the person I heard spoken to did not cancel and she advised that person resigned, now again 2months later am getting a whatsup message that am oweing 1200,that time my my contract expired 2-3 ago so I have been paying on a monthly basis, am honestly tired of the incompetence cause clearly they doing this on purpose so they can get more money.
