Bad Service

I would give a zero rating if I could. We got moved to their Bromhof branch from the Olivedale gym we are at, which is in walking distance.

In a reply to our request for cancellation we get a rude response saying "As per consumer council we have the right to debit the account for the remaining time on the contract seeing that we bought over the mandate. "

Customer service is clearly not top of mind for this company, nor is email etiquette.
