Bad service

I joined the gym and after 5 days I called to cancel but I was told I can't ,after several attempts I was told I can freeze the account and which I did. After a 3 months period my account was debited and when I enquired , I was told I needed to pay a certain amount of cancellation fee and I did, two and a half year they now send me a message that they are blacklisting me, if I want to avoid that I should rejoin the gym.
