Bad service

I had requested that my Gym company contract to be cancelled because I was moving to Midrand and there was no Gym company branch there. the consultant who assistant me told me that they have found someone to take over my account and he took my membership card. After a year when I was applying for car finance because i wanted to purchase a car I discovered that Guy Company has blacklisted me. I have not received an email or sms or call from Gym Company to inform me that I am still under the membership. I have called Gym Company regarding this issue and I have received very bad service from MJ (Doorfontein Gym Company), he was rude on the phone and my issue was never resolved
