BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!

I took a membership with the gym and i was told of a 30 day cooling of period that i can call and cancel the membership i then 2 days later decided that i dont need it actually so went on the website and sent an email to be call or the membership to be cancelled a lady called me saying she wanted to verify my membership and i told her no i have already cancelled this ship and she said i should have send it in writing on an email and said she will send the details it was not sent now the account is in arrears and ive been send from one person to the next haai bo i will not pay that account coz i did request for it to be cancelled
