Bad service

Good evening I experienced the bad service from Gym company I signed a contract with them of which they didn't disclose that if I didn't cancel it automatically it will be renewed on a month to month, I went there earlier in March to cancel the contract, only to find out that I'm owing R400 then the lady who assisted me I didn't take her name advised that I must let them debit it, I allowed them to debit April and May thinking that they are taking their R400 because the monthly premium was R199 and they tried to debit again end of June, I reverse that amount, I went there today to cancel, I got assistance from the rude lady called Lebo who told me that I'm now owing R500 I tried to be polite and explain to her until I lose it, I asked for her manager i was told that she's calling the manager I waited for not less than 20 minutes, the other guy came who is just a field marketer, he tried to assist until he realized that it beyond his control, he told me that they is no management today but I must continue wait, he went to the back office and advised me that there is Palesa in charge and she's busy but I must continue wait

I stayed there until I decided to leave without seeing the management
