bad service

Im a member at the gym company ay Maponya mall. Upon joining the gym promises were made, food plan, sauna, personal trainer. I have not received any of the above. To top it all off, the machines are always out of order, I had placed a complaint about such and was told that they are looking into the problem. Three months later I'm still faced with the same problem. The classes are cliche nothing excited as you know what to expect from the instructors. I also suggested that more things be put into the program, but my suggestion was not taken into consideration at all. I went to go cancel the membership and was told about a penalty of which i feel it is not necessary. The fact that i was put into a 3 year contract and wasn't told about the penalty is a total *******. When join i was given the impression that i will pay as i use the or need their services. I kept to my side of the deal and they have not even once stuck to their side .
