bad service

<p>A couple of months back I wanted to cancel my gym membership at Carlton gym now call gym company, i had called numerous times for the correct procedure to cancel my membership but they failed to give me that, i spoke to Brian and he gave me the wrong info and spoke to one of the admin ladies that also failed to assist and then I decided to talk to one of the managers paddy van nie kerk who also failed till this day to assist, meaning my account is still being deducted and now I'm receiving a message stating they going to debit my account for their levy maintenance, this is poor bad service and these people can't even assist.... </p>
