Bad Gym ever!! it lists u on default

I joined a gym a year ago, and requested they cancell the service after 2 months,<br> I recently learnt they have listed me as default on ITC, I have never used this gym before!!<br> Does the NCA and the ombuds allow this, the ruining of my name is worse case, I want to sue em, <br> they dont even have a working email address, I can't get hold of em.
