Bad does not even define Gym (BAD) Company

The only time I've ever told a story of bad service on hellopeter was over 10years ago so I normally don't unless it really has pushed me to that...

I guess it comes as no surprise that Gym (Bad) Company has so many bad reviews and I notice that the company does not even bother replying to the bad reviews from consumers...it shows exactly how much they don't give a damn about customer service - they don't even know the meaning of the words (customer and service).

To cut a very long story during the 2020 forced government lockdown Bad Company wants me to pay gym fees when we are in Force Majeure meaning that I cannot expect them to open the gym for me to train, same as they cannot expect me to pay gym fees right? Wrong cause that's what this bullying company expects. They will harass and threaten you cause that's who they are and how they operate. Don't join the company - very, very BAD!
