Bad customer service - Westgate

Appalling Service from Westgate branch, i only went twice and made to feel like they doing me a favour, staff is extremely unprofessional and the front desk don’t respect members and to make it worse arguing in-front of us. Please cancel my membership…i cannot be subject to such incompetence.
