Bad customer service to a complaint.

The worst company to join is Gym company especially at Mapony mall. They so unfriendly and have no skills when it comes to customer service. They very good at pushing there sales targets and have no interest in the customers concern. The branch Manger Palesa is another Manger that is so unfriendly and could not help me with my query and had no interest when I approached her. They give the Custer all the wrong information and I hope Arothando the Regional manager will intervene.
