Bad customer service

I opened a membership with the aim of working out but I regret it, I requested cancellation and was told to give three months notice. I did all that even went in to sign a request for cancellation which was supposed to be finalized after three successful debit orders. On the last month they decided not to debit my account and when I called them to ask why they said they have no record of an cancellation. So they just want me to pay for a service I'm not using. Please don't join this gym they Rob people
