BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS

I have been trying to cancel my membership since November last year with no success. My experience with the gym company has just been bad, too many stories and things that are not put in the open for clients. Firstly, when I joined the gym the guy who helped to explain stuff to me made it seem like it was a year contract but to my surprise he made me fill-in all required fields except for the length of the contract (which he added to be 36months).
