bad company

I went there about 5 times and i was told that it free for the first weeks, the company it was still new at bree and all the consultants there said you can cancel at anytime, they told us that they will issue us with contracts as soon as they are done maintaining the place and their systems. the equipment was outdated, the place was not maintained well. I called the lady that worked with the accounts to cancel the contract she said its fine and didnt hear from her till now with this shock that i have been listed on TransUnion with an amount of R8358.00 default. i didnt get any calls from, didnt get any notifications from them, i didnt get any sort of communication with them. i joint the last year, i didnt even get their card to go gym there they said they dont have them, i paid R100 fo nothing.
