Bad Business Ethics

I have been trying to communicate with The Gym Company in Boksburg East Rand Mall. I have also contacted the HR via email. I have received a zero response from them what so ever. I was communicating with the supposed manager there but his communication levels are apaulling. I was trying to have meetings with him for a job interview but he messed me around. I qualify in a month and this is my future. The HR department received my complaint also but have done nothing. Is this how interviews or business is conducted with them? Is this the level we have to adhere to to actually try to get somewhere with our future?
