Bad behavior from spinning instructor

Had such a terrible experience at Gym company Flora, I arrived on Friday 05 September 2025 morning t 7:55 all bikes almost booked only 3 bikes which were not having odometer readings were left two in front one in the middle where I normally prefer to sit, as I go to it I noticed the bike was taken ultimately I went to front take one of available bikes, then EPHRAEM instructor came, Class began all good I normally put my bike on higher resistant so I can be good with climbing, then remember the bike I was using had nothing to show if the resistance I am using is the one required by instructor, he came to me and said my pace is slow I must spin faster then I keep going doing what he wants and I see the man had a girl or someone else he was trying to impress, I reduced resistance to push more faster than he wanted and he came to my bike and made resistance much more harder without even knowing the valume of resistance I had on my defaulted bike, I just kept going as we were few minutes away from finishing the class the Boy stopped the class and said he doesn't appreciate unfit people sitting in the front at his class, mind you I always attend classes there his classes and he never saw me in front, sometimes people given platforms in gyms, need to know or told they don't own the places, I enjoy my spinning at Gym company Florida Buti need the Boy to know his place, we go there to train not to impress Ladies or friends.
