BAD BAD SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE FROM RANDBURG GYM COMPANY

The Gym company branch is the worst you could ever visit . Their receptionist has misplaced my tag as a member , they are saying I should pay for a new tag but they cannot issue me with a new one until they have notified her. The tag has been with them for over a week and they cannot find it . The accounts department is also good for nothing they cant find my new membership where as I have re-joined with them. The showers are leaking and in the mornings there is never any hot water ITS COLD FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!! .... I know that nobody will respond to this as I don't this that club has an owner anyway ....please get your act together guys.....
