BAD BAD SERVICE

I am not happy with the service at gym company Brackenhurst I feel like am paying for services I do not receive, its funny the ladies steam room its working when the is certain people in the gym, what makes the situation worse is that the employee switch the steam off when you are in use , can someone at least discount my premium because I pay for that service monthly. When you inform the management they say the steam its not working , FOR HOW LONG? ARE YOU DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THAT BECAUSE WE NEED THE STEAM ROOM ,and its not like the steam room its not working, because if other people can use it so we can all do.
