Bad attitude causes bad service!!!

Today I got such bad service from Gym Company Newgate. When I got to the gym, I wanted to warm up some guy was busy telling people to get off the treadmills because they want to service them. Why couldn't they wait for clients to finishing then do it? Then later in the middle of my training a guy walks in with adhesive glue to repair carpets. Totally wrong!!! The smell was so bad to the point where I had to stop what I was doing and move across the room to do something else. I went to ask receptionist to help me lay a complaint and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. She did not have time for me or my concerns... She was more concerned about a guy looking for directions. Even when I asked her who was more important to attend to in that moment, she had the nerve to tell me the guy who needs directions, yet I am a paying client... Talk about a lack of customer service.
