Appalling service

I have joined the gym company Carlton center in 24 Dec 2018. I paid 200 when joined. I went to the gym to cancel the membership on the 29/01/19 because I was not happy with their service. Firstly when you go there for the first time no one is there to welcome you and show you how the machines work. I struggled asking for anyone who works there and they were not on the floor. When I went to cancel the membership I was told I was supposed to only pay R100 for the tag as the first month was free and I was told my cancelation fee was R1800 and odd Rands. I was not given the reason why it was so much and the employees there acted as if they were surprised and they too thought it was a lot, way too high. Can someone from this gym please help me sought out this. The wa t our money but they don't deliver! Regards Tebogo
