Apauling service

I joined the gym company Flora centre and was forced into a contract i did not want i was promised that the premium would be reduced in a month the manger by the nane of Duncan who promised this then resigned. It was then taken over by Steve and the service was even worse . I am now being handed over to collections for a contract that i did not even want from the word go i have been to see him on several occasions and not once has he made an effort to get back to me and it is almost a year later in fact he wants me to refer more people to Gym company i afraid to do this because of apauling service ive had.
