ANNOYED! Gym Company Randburg - bad attitude

Can we really talk about the attitude i received yesterday from this Gym company in Randburg??? i am so angry i do not even want to talk too much. I joined this Gym on the 2nd of November 2019, 299 package and I was debited ridiculously yesterday. They took out 299 and 399, when I went there to ask what this means, I got an attitude from Tanya Ruby, who said to me, that is the annual bull**** where you get debited twice in November, she took out a contract and said this is called a contract and you need to read it. She didn't know her story and I’m annoyed about the fact that she didn't check, she was just too quick to respond. I JUST JOINED THE GYM! The administrator then said it was a mistake, I ned to reverse it. Guys you can’t play like that with people’s money hey, JUST DON’T. I can already see that I will not be happy in this gym and will be exposed to a lot of attitude based on the negative feedback I see about this gym. I requested that they send me the Contract i signed to see all these new things they are talking about; they are unable to do that. I said i am cancelling, they told me only yesterday about the 20% of the 3year’s total amount I have to pay, this was not even explained to me at all when they wanted me to be a member. I was told i have 30 to cancel the contract of which the first month is free. I feel **** too; I was lured with lies. I blame myself for not doing my research first about this gym, but I want out! Please cancel my membership with immediate effect, I refuse to be treated like **** for the money I work hard for.
