Angry Paying Gym Member

So last week my husband joined the gym Company in bara soweto and he bought lock for his locker.... Fortunately his been leaving his gym clothes there until today when he got there the lock was broken and his belongings were ******.... What I don't understand is that what kind of policy do these gyms have, I mean which human beings in their rightful mind would ***** literally break someone else's lock and ***** inside.... And apparently this is not the person complaing about the similar situation.... This is a matter that should be taken serious because this can not be..... We cannot be scared to leave our things due to people breaking and *****ing clothes..... Can this matter be sorted out or we take this further because this is something we not going to stand for and sit around while people are being sick minded and silly
