*********** and unprofessional service

Brackenhurst branch..*********** and unprofessional administration. I signed up for my minor daughters No verification was done and the next thing multiple debit orders coming off my account. When I asked for cancellation the admin lady Charity was so rude and abrupt.i went into the branch to see a manager to no avail..left a request...it is days later..no call from manager or acknowledge...I'm so disgusted by the service and demand a immediate cancellation...clients are disregarded...it is not the 1st time...years ago I had the same issue...I decided to give them a chance again but clearly a bad idea.
