Alberton gym are *****!!!!

So I went to the gym company on the 6th of January and signed up. They told me a consultant will call to tell me about the diffrent sessions and confirm my details has they were offline but they were ver fast to set up a debit order. The next day I went there to use the gym they had not still called me nor did they have my tags ready and made me wait for 30 mins before making a scene. They told me Monday I should have my tags and I would get a call from admin. Monday came nothing happen so I went in as per their cooling off period I cancelled. I signed the forms and they said the next day I would get an email confiriming cancellation its thurdsay and still nothing and the debit order still appears. DONT USE THEM THEY ARE *****
