Account was debited without permission.

I called the company and spoke to Precious who confirmed that no debit will go off on 01/02/2016. However, my account was debited. I called them again to request a refund but Precious did not respond. After several attempts I got a hold of Precious just to be advised that a refund will be processed i n30 days time only. I am not happy with the servie received. Firstly I received confirmation that the debit will not go through, secondly I received no feedback and to keep calling back and thirdly I was promised a refund after 30 days only.<br> <br> This is not acceptable service at all!
