Account still debited after Cancellation fee

hi, im very unhappy with the cancelllation process at GYM Company. on the 20th October last year we cancelled the contract and i was requested to pay a cancellation fee of R1058.00 which I did. In December 2015 I noticed GYM company is still debiting my account. November 2015 they debited R199 and an additional R149.00 when i queried this with Truth from Account she told me they need 31 days cancellation. I paid the contract cancellation fee before end of October and by the time they debited my account in November it was over 31 days and why are they still debiting my account even in December 2015? As is it to date an amout of R500 has been debited in my account. what for? this is a ripoff!!
