ACCOUNT SETTLED , R500 CANCELLATION NOT EXPLAINED.

I had a membership with gym company and settled the account. A consultant by the name of Phumi contacted me to enquire whether I wanted to rejoin, I said I would like to cancel and requested a cancellation form to be sent to me incase I am not able to go at their offices. 3 days went by and she had not sent the form. Today I went in at their offices and enquired why I had not received the form. She advised I said I would come in which was miscommunication. When I requested the cancellation form she said I would need to pay R500 as I had been blacklisted . I the requested proof of that as per NCA which she was not able to produce. I further requested to speak to a manager who would explain this me as I did not understand , her remarks were because "it Indians". I said no , because I want to understand and do not know the race of the manager. I was told that a manger would call me which no one has contacted me. I am very displeased about the service and would not recommend anyone.
