Account issues

I would like to know the process of freezing my account as well as my wife's until the end of the next month also another I am really disappointed with the gym as I have signed up and was promised that we would both get body assessments and every time I went to the gym they would take down my number and never phone this is ridiculous and I feel like cancelling my accounts not only that as a matter my wife and I joined the gym together and her debit order was supposed to come of my account which it has not I can't understand how do they get my account number right on one page and not the other
