Account Issues

<p>Okay so to start off.</p> <p>First of all my account is in arrears because I stopped them from debiting my account because their company keeps overcharging my account of under charging and sends multiply debit orders. <br />I already had to pay over R 1000 in penalty charges to FNB because of there ***** ups on my account. Also I open my account in Jan 2016 and in March I just gave up on getting my gym tags because there is always excuse for not getting them, "the system is down or we are out of tag" that seem to always be the excuse. Even after I payed the R 600 for 4 tag and have only received 2 so by that alone they stole my money and know they have the odasity to threaten me to be blacklisted if I don't pay my account... After I have tried closing or tried to getting **** fixe, but their staff don`t even know whats going on and they are rud as ****. Still there seems to be no hope in getting this **** fixed.. So please... I beg you tel me what I need to to to get **** fixed because even they dont know what to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>***</p>
