Account inquiry

I was paying for my termination of contract last year I called to get if there are any outstanding to be told that there is nothing reflective on my account and that I am owing . I just want to know what happened. We communicate via WhatsApp with the employees there. I had blocked them from my WhatsApp because of going through my WhatsApp and commenting and we not friends I don't even know who I am chatting with.
