Account Hand Over

I received an email stating that I am being handed over to bureau for blacklisting. After I relocated to another town for work, I contacted the Bracken City branch and after time and time of asking for an alternative branch, with no luck. I am expected to continue paying for the service and still find a new gym. Now I am to pay R1000 for my name to not be listed after 4 years. This is just pathetic and unprofessional. I cannot be paying for services that I am not benefiting from- and still continue paying for yearly increases that helps in enhancing equipments that still I am not benefiting from, this is totally ridiculous.
