I was retrenched from work and I couldn't pay. I called them to cancel the membership and add my cancellation fee to what I currently owe and freeze it there and make a payment plan but they said no they cant and that the money I owe will continue to accumulate until I pay the full amount. I am willing to pay but I cant pay the full amount now and they refuse to make a payment plan and told me they will hand me over
